StarTalk With Neil DeGrasse Tyson

Created and executed publicity strategy for seasons two and three of National Geographic Channel's “StarTalk," the two-time Emmy-nominated, show hosted by astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson. Based on Tyson's popular podcast of the same name, "StarTalk" features interviews with pop culture figures — actors, musicians, politicians and athletes — along with a science-based, in-studio discussion with Tyson, science experts and comedians. In 2016, launched the companion book along with the new season of the show.

Creative Press Mailers

Pitched and executed branded cosmic-themed neckties, modeled after the ties Dr. Tyson is famous for wearing, as part of a DVD and book mailer that went out to press. Chris Hardwick and Neil discussed the tie on the Nerdist podcast, and Tavis Smiley even wore the tie during his interview with Neil.
