Worked with The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences team on two projects: the Oscar Roadtripa promotional 20-day, 11-city, social-media-driven, cross-country tour in promotion of the 2013 Oscars, and the launch of the weekly digital docu-series "Academy Originals," produced by The Academy, that covers film history, the creative process, the power of movies and more.

OSCAR ROADTRIP

Led the execution of a promotional 20-day, 11-city, social-media-driven, cross-country tour in promotion of the 2013 Oscars. Oversaw day-to-day tour stops that included national and local TV, radio and print, as well as consumer facing pop-up events where fans could take photos with a real Oscar statuette and get the chance to win red carpet bleacher seats at the Oscars. Stops along the way also included the USO of Metropolitan Washington’s Fort Meade, a New Jersey Devils game, the NBA All-Star Game, a wedding in Houston, a pizza restaurant in Chicago, kickball game in Albuquerque, and stops at sponsor stores, etc. A few select press hits below.
